With over 25 years in service & hospitality between us, there is nothing better than creating memories for others and ourselves. Very simply put, we Love what we do and we Love to share our joy & passion, whether it be through meals, stories, or moments. You always have a seat at our table.
Thank you to Daniel and Virginia for making our girls' weekend dinner experience incredibly memorable. Each course was exquisitely prepared, and served. We all agreed the butternut squash soup was the best we'd ever had. I would like my most unreserved recommendation for Virginia and Daniel. They’ve been managing my home in Woodstock for over a year now and have been 100% responsive, reliable and responsible. Our house is 30 years old and has needed some major upkeep over the past year so they’ve really gone above and beyond the call of duty on multiple occasions. Daniel is a very accomplished chef and is happy to cook 'whatever you want'. Meet The Chef
I'm a chef by trade and by choice. Twenty five years ago, I was in corporate management and knew I wanted more. I wanted to do what I loved. As a child growing up in New Orleans, I learned the healing power of food and saw that food can be the truest expression of Love. I've had the joy of owning my own award winning restaurant- Magnolia Ray in Asheville, North Carolina- and working with some amazing chefs, including Chef Jaime Shannon at Commanders Palace in NOLA, and Chef Brian Katz in St. Thomas, VI. Food is my passion and I love sharing my passion with the world!
